Ha’emek Mechina

The Emek Mechina is a mixed pre-army preparatory program for religious and secular boys and girls, who have completed grade 12 and would like to serve meaningfully in the army and make a significant contribution to society. The program provides a unique opportunity to form an individual and group identity that is of value, accumulate learning tools, develop leadership skills, and expand horizons in order to deal with the challenges involved with actively contributing to society, education, and the military - both in Israeli society and among the Jewish people as a whole. The program encourages educating towards social and entrepreneurial involvement and its participants are active in a variety of institutions and communities throughout the Emek region.
